I was told the secret location was the U of U Medical Center. Was I misinformed? She is in our prayers as well as Angie's little one, Haylee.

What happened to Angie's little one?

And who are paul and lynda? Surely these are not the same paul and lynda that we knew from our childhood... back when dinosaurs roamed the earth... the ones we painted on walls of caves with... invented fire with...

I just heard about Haley from Grandma and Grandpa Ashmore during one of our twice a day chats... She is now part of our prayers. And to answer the mystery... It took place at U of U medical. I told Grandma not to tell them she is a Washington fan and is seriously converting to a Y fan. The surgery may go bad if she doesn't listen to me!

Again, what is the matter with Haley?

Haylee has an infection that is causing her lungs from the double transplant to shut down along with her kidneys. The last we heard she was doing better, but still on a ventilator and is continuing to have dialysis. That was two days ago. And, yes, this is the Paul and Lynda from your childhood. Surprise.

Wow, Lynda (or is this Paul) you guys must be really old.

We had no clue you were secretly monitoring these blogs. Do you have a blog we could link to?

modrell.blogspot.com. We thought you already knew that.

Just talked to Grandpa. Grandma is out of ICU and walked about six steps!

Just got back from visiting Grandma Ashmore in the hospital. She's as ornery as ever. Fiesty. Looks good. Walks to the door and back a couple of times a day. And she bleeds alot (Dodger blue, I presume). They asked her if she wanted her old hip as a keepsake and she said no - we were mad at her for that - we said we could put it on the mantle as a reminder of her when she finally goes to the big crocheting room in the sky.
