OK. Trying to make it easier for everyone to remember everyone else's birthdays. My intention is to create a birthday blog we can link to for quick reference (or not). I included the birth year for all yet-to-be marrieds (thanks Bryan). Please add to, correct, suggest format changes, or whatever.

Well, you got 2 of my 3 sons birthdays correct. Is it because they're adopted?!
Josh is October 23 and Jakes is December 22. That's 22 for Jake, 23 for Josh and 24 for Joseph. John

Don't know if you care or not, but Jim's wife, Charn's, birthday is June 30 and Joel's wife, Rhonda's, birthday is February 7. (And Paul's birthday is July 8.) Not that they are immediate family or anything like that. Lynda

I had to draw the line somewhere on who to include on the list. So, methought,"Should the list include siblings and parents of my daughters-in-law, and also include the spouses and children of their siblings, and then the grandparents of my son's spouses, and also my aunts and uncles and cousins, and then Terri's, and then spouses of in-laws, and then..."
I could see this little "reminder list"(for that's all it's intended to be) getting very unmanagable (kinda like me) pretty quickly.
So I decided the list should include those "most likely" to receive birthday greeting from Terri and/or me - with "most likely" being the key words).
So Lynda, would you wish everyone else a happy birthday for me? :)
By the way, have you noticed how these blogs have increased communication amongst family members? Great stuff.
I have noticed. It is great, things are going just how I planned them. If only Brett and Evan would include themselves, it's not that hard.
I added Kacie to the list because of her engagement to Eric. Woohoo!
Now there are NO excuses to forget that special someone's birthday on MONDAY!!

First, to Lynda, my friend since before I married your sister, if you will re-read my comment above dated June 5, you will note that I stated those on the list are "most likely" to receive birthday greetings from Terri or me - because there is no guarantee a Happy Birthday will find it's way from my lips or fingers to anyone, including those on the list that I created. But you are correct that it would be difficult indeed to come up with an excuse when the list is there sitting right in front of us! So I better do it right here right now. Happy Birthday, Lynda!
Second, to my brother Larry, you are welcome. I almost included the year of birth on those calved back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, mostly in an attempt to clarify who is who (especially with those named Jim/James). But I settled on attempting the clarification by use of the parenthetical notes.
Third, to John & Sunni, "Harwood" is my older brother. I have a link to his blog on my blog page - I suggest you add the link to your blog as well. He has some cool stuff - not the least of which is his very cool self portrait that broadcasts to the world that he always was better looking than me - especially when it comes to teeth and hair!
